Description Extended Information

Liver Cell
Nucleus Extract

Science tell us it is the cell nucleus that contains the first organizer of the protein structural form generated in normal cell growth and repair. The first organizer form generated is that fraction of the chromosome of the cell which catalyzes the synthesis of new cell protein in growth and repair. (Reference: Protomorphology by Hanson and Lee)

Liver Cell Nucleus Extract is a mineral product of the Liver Gland Cell Nucleus. It is a tissue extract intended to supply the specific determinant factors of the above mentioned organ and to aid in improving t he local nutritional environment for that organ.

Liver Tissue Anatomy and Physiology
The liver is the body's biochemical workhorse, performing thousands of metabolic, enzymatic, detoxifying, and regulatory tasks. This organ is central to the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, including storage and interconversion: it stores such vitamins and minerals as B12, K, C, manganese, iron and zinc; it filters bacteria and other foreign material out of the blood; it eliminates blood-borne toxins like alcohol; it takes up or releases sugar in the blood in response to hormonal commands from the adrenals and pancreas; it manufactures bile for the digestion process.

The liver plays so central a role in the body that it is implicated in many diseases and dysfunctions. In addition, the organ itself can be damaged by infection and by chemical abuse, particularly alcoholism.

Fat Digestion:
A small amount of fat is digested by the stomach by gastric lipase, an enzyme. But most all fat digestion occurs in the small intestine. First, the fat globules must be broken into small sizes so enzymes can act. This is accomplished by bile, a secretion of the liver. Bile is stored in the gallbladder and drawn upon as needed.

Factors, Symptoms and Signs related to Insufficient Liver Health:
While disturbances in fat metabolism are fairly obvious, it is within the range of protein metabolism wherein the diagnostician must search for the answers to many liver problems.. For instance, an apparently obvious kidney case may simply be a manifestation of liver failure to provide the protein necessary for the repair of that organ. Perhaps the most common finding in liver dysfunction is venous and portal circulation engorgement.

Clinical Considerations
Prominent Clinical Signs and Symptoms
1. Venous Congestion (Dilated veins showing Over chest and abdomen
2. Protein Metabolism (Decreased serum albumin)
3. Carbohydrate Metabolism (Deviations in blood sugar pattern)
4. Water Balance (Ascites, edema due to liver failure)
5. Kidney Disorders (Diminished urination, protein metabolism related to kidney disorders)
6. Toxemia (Leukocytosis, intestinal toxemia related to liver dysfunction)

Possible Etiological Background of the above:
Lipotropic factors or fat metabolizing factors- are but one phase of consideration in liver dysfunction·.various hormones, carbohydrates, protein and tissue factors must be taken into consideration. Of these, perhaps the most important, is the determinant factor itself of the liver cells themselves as of the Liver Protomorphogen glandular substance.

The multiple role played by the liver in a wide variety of vital processes, emphasizes the importance of support of the integrity of the cells themselves by use of determinant factors which support their intrinsic integrity. While this rationalization is sound, the tracing of clinical results cannot be provided in such a positive manner since the liver is still "the organ of mystery" for the physiologist and evaluation of therapeutic measures is, therefore, difficult.

Laboratory Tests Most Frequently Used
a. Urine for presence of bile Indications Commonly Relied Upon: Venous congestion-dilated veins over chest and abdomen
b. Icterus Index Indications Commonly Relied Upon: Indigestion symptoms, acholic stool
c. Van Den Bergh Reactions Indications Commonly Relied Upon: Enlarged Liver or Spleen
d. Cephalin-Cholesterol Flocculation Indications Commonly Relied Upon: Jaundice or Ascites
e. Galactose Tolerance Indications Commonly Relied Upon: Oliguria Decreased serum albuminin Indications Commonly Relied Upon: Leukocytosis

Clinical Tests
a. Observation of above findings Finding reveals: Hemorrhoids, etc
b. Palpation Finding reveals: Enlarged Liver and Spleen
c. Blood Pressure Finding reveals: Elevated Diastole considered Significant
d. Endocardiograph Finding reveals: Usually a feature in heart failure
e. Case History Finding reveals: History of hepatitis

Nutritional Uses:
Liver glandular is essential for any condition that requires healthy liver functioning (basically an all-around important need!) and as a general nutritional support for any condition pertaining to the liver. It is efficacious in any situation involving the breakdown or deterioration of body tissues or systems, such as sugar imbalance, hemorrhoids, infections, stress caused conditions, anemia, poor digestion and bile problems.

Simply stated, liver glandular feeding can physiologically benefit liver tissue by nourishing the liver with its own nutritional needs!

Most arthritics, we believe, owe their troubles to cooked foods, which starve the liver of amino acids needed for bone formation (and to regulate other body processes) To complete the nourishment needs, we must consider Springreen tablets and Calphonite to supply the raw amino acids and bone support factors. (Dentists like this protocol, cause it literally can be observed to tighten loose teeth!) Pyrorrhea has been termed "arthritis of the tooth socket".

Dosage/Directions for use:
As a dietary supplement one-three tablets to be taken three times daily with each meal as directed.

Note: All cell extracts should be taken as follows:

First week: 1 per day taken with the largest meal
Second week: 2 per day taken one after lunch and one after dinner
Third week: 3 per day taken one after each meal.

*In all cases of providing cell extracts for nutritional factors, long term therapy should be stressed rather than acceleration of dosage

Note:
For maximum effectiveness cell extracts should be taken with 3-24+ Springreen greens tablets. This supplies an excellent array of all needed organic minerals in the ideal natural form.

Ingredients:
Each tablet supplies: 200 mg. Liver Extract--- of bovine source, calcium stearate and cellulose as tableting agents.

Effects:
Appreciable effects depend upon length of treatment, dietary management of patient and synergistic products used.

Side Effects:
None known. (This is a distinct advantage, because in the use of cholagogues, lipotrophic factors and laxatives side effects are common) Therefore liver cell extract provides an excellent means of initiating patients into nourishing liver support program, without the possibility of these reactions occurring.

Synergists recommended:
Organic Whole Beet Tablets : Bile, Gallbladder and Liver supportive factors Springreen tablets: Total Natural Mineral factors
